Unique opportunity to own a piece of history, with huge potential! Once owned by Henry Ford, this property is zoned commercial and features a 1900-built farmhouse, in need of finishing (to your liking), and a 4,000-sq ft clubhouse that can also be finished to suit your needs. According to local legend, Henry Ford used to throw parties in that very same clubhouse. Formerly the home of the Macon Golf Club. Back 40 acres has been sold. Looking to build your dream? This could be your once-in-a-lifetime opportunity! (fun fact: this property was once located along the ancient shore of Lake Erie)
